Analysis of the characteristics of hydraulic motors:
(1) Under normal work requirements, the inlet and outlet pressures of hydraulic motors are higher than atmospheric pressure, so it is difficult to find the same suction performance problem as hydraulic oil pumps. However, if the cycloidal hydraulic motor will work under pump load, its inlet pressure should at least be limited to avoid steam corrosion.
(2) The motor should also run in both forward and reverse directions, therefore, it is stipulated that the cycloidal hydraulic motor has structural symmetry in the design scheme.
(3) In the actual operation of hydraulic motors, the pressure difference lies in the size of the load torque. When the inertia of the driven load is large, the speed is high, and a rapid braking system or reverse rotation is specified, it will cause high hydraulic impact. Therefore, necessary valves and buffer valves should be set in the computer operating system.
(4) Due to inevitable internal leakage, when the motor's oil discharge port is turned off and the braking system is activated, there will still be a gradual slip. Therefore, when a long-term precise braking system is needed, a braking system that avoids slip should be installed again,
(5) Some types of hydraulic motors must have sufficient back pressure at the return port to ensure normal operation, and the higher the speed ratio, the greater the back pressure required. The increase in back pressure means that the pressure utilization rate of the oil source is low, and the damage to the operating system is significant.
