The smaller the transmission power and the lower the speed, the more favorable the lower the working pressure. In working conditions with high transmission power and high speed, the main factor affecting the overall transmission efficiency is mechanical efficiency. Therefore, models with a rated pressure of 16 or 20MPa should be selected. Secondly, for working conditions that require low-speed stability, attention should be paid to the fact that the larger the displacement of the hydraulic motor, the better the low-speed stability, which is also related to the working pressure. The lower the working pressure, the better the low-speed stability.

How to choose a reasonable model for several different base types of hydraulic motors with the same displacement? This is related to the operating conditions and service life requirements. For long-term cumulative operation, it is recommended to choose models with larger base numbers as much as possible. If necessary, high-pressure models should be selected. However, when used under lower pressure conditions, the service life can be significantly improved because the service life of some hydraulic motors is inversely proportional to the power of 3.3 of the operating pressure, which means that the operating pressure is reduced by half. For machines with short-term intermittent operation and shorter cumulative working time during the entire overhaul period, models with smaller base numbers can be selected.
