1. Filtration: The recommended precision for normal industrial filtration is 23 microns, and a precision of 75 microns is allowed for low-pressure, low-speed, or gap working conditions.

2. Viscosity: Optimal performance can only be achieved under good viscosity conditions, so in most working conditions, the viscosity of the motor should be within the range of 15-1000 cm, which ensures satisfactory operation.

3. Leakage: The oil drain port should be separately connected to the mailbox, and generally the lower shell allows a larger pressure of 0.1Mpa. If the pressure is too high, it can easily damage the oil seal and cause leakage.

4. Hydraulic motors can be installed in any part, and the bracket for installing the motor must have sufficient rigidity. During installation, it should be ensured that the main shaft of the transmission system connected to the hydraulic motor is coaxial with the output shaft of the hydraulic motor.

5. The higher horizontal part of the oil drain pipe should be higher than the higher horizontal part of the motor housing to prevent the oil inside the motor housing from being drained completely.

6. Before starting for the first time, be sure to fill the liquid motor housing with hydraulic oil to prevent damage.

7. Strictly ensure the cleanliness of the connecting oil port and do not allow any solid foreign objects to enter.

8. Reducing the axial load on the output shaft of the hydraulic motor can extend its service life.
