1. The stator (oil distribution shaft) and rotor (cylinder body) bearing holes of the axial piston pump hydraulic pump belong to high-precision mutual cooperation valve blocks. When the stator (oil distribution shaft) is subjected to axial unbalanced hydraulic working pressure, it is easy to cause wear and tear with the cylinder (rotor) holes, and the gap after wear cannot be compensated, resulting in large leakage. The principle of reproduction and repair work is to repair the original clearance between the rotor and stator, and carry out boring production and processing of the cylinder body based on the wear condition without compromising the strength of the cylinder body itself; Carry out electroplating process and milling production processing on the stator (oil distribution shaft) to repair the original performance indicators and mutual clearance of the parts.

2. Repair of internal inclined stator and plunger pump. The ultra-high pressure oil from the hydraulic oil pump is distributed to the axial piston on the cylinder body (rotor) through the inlet of the stator oil distribution shaft of the down the hole drilling rig hydraulic motor. The other end of the piston is connected to the roller, which is tightly attached to the inner inclined stator with axial force stroke arrangement by back pressure. The piston of the hydraulic motor of the reverse drilling rig is located at the bottom dead center. When the roller comes into contact with the high point of the inclined surface inside the stator, the piston is at the bottom dead center, and the hydraulic oil that is pressed back flows into the car oil tank through the return inlet on the oil distribution shaft. According to the repeated movement of each piston in the cylinder (rotor) hole, the drive torque is generated to push the cylinder (rotor) to rotate, which is transmitted by the main shaft bearing. If the wear of the plunger pump and rotor hole is severe, it will cause harm to the pulsating beverage of the torque and speed ratio of the motor. If the roller component on the front side of the plunger pump and the sliding rail of the stator inner slope are severely worn, it will also produce working pressure pulsating beverage and impact conditions. The overall wear of the inner inclined stator is severe and the stator components must be replaced. For some wear, laser cladding wear-resistant alloy steel is used for repair; The wear of the piston holes on the piston and rotor exceeds the limit, and boring production is carried out on the piston holes. At the same time, pistons with increased specifications are replaced. Some brake hydraulic motors and holes wear beyond the limit and are produced independently.
